Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session. At the Photographer’s discretion, this may be transferable to another date.

Gift vouchers or offers must be booked prior to the expiry date to be valid.

Standard offers cover up to 2 pets from the same household. Extra pets may be included for an additional fee.

Only one voucher or special offer can be used per household, per year.

Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

Orders must be placed within 31 days of your photography session. Orders outside this timeframe will be charged at current pricing.

All artwork and products remain the property of ME Pet Photography until payment is received in full.

Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 14 days’ notice may forfeit the booking fee.

Sessions cancelled after this time may incur additional charges up to the full session fee.

Images are archived and stored for 12 months.

Images purchased are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially without prior written consent.

ME Pet Photography retains copyright and all moral rights to all images.

Digital files supplied may not be altered, edited, or cropped without permission.

Digital files supplied may not be uploaded to, used by, or provided to any artificial intelligence (AI) system, application, or service for the purpose of generating, modifying, animating, training, creating derivative works, producing alternative images, videos, or other content based on the photographs without the Photographer’s prior written consent.

The Photographer reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media, awards, competitions, and studio displays).

Please advise us of any special needs, injuries, or allergies affecting your pet.

For everyone’s safety, clients agree that no other professional photography will take place during the session.

ME Pet Photography will exercise due professional care, but accepts no responsibility for circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, equipment failure, transport or lab issues).

Liability is limited to a refund of monies paid.

Management reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography services provided by ME Pet Photography, including full photoshoots, mini sessions, complimentary event photographs, promotional photography, prize draws, competitions, and any other free or paid photography experiences.

By booking a session, participating in a photography experience, or allowing photographs to be taken by ME Pet Photography, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
